Yes! Well, kinda sorta . . . I sent an email via their website to wish her well after she'd been suffering a long illness. I also wanted to thank her for continuing to make TV appearances in support of the animals in need after Hurricane Katrina. I never expected anything back, but I got an email from her assistant. I know, it probably wasn't her personal assistant, but one of many. That's okay, because it was personally composed in response to what I'd written. It made me appreciate the goodness of the celebrity even more! She's obviously taken time to surround herself with people who recognize what keeps them employed in the industry . . . The fans! It's the little things that matter most!

I sent a letter to Christian Slater when I was much, much younger. He sent back a 5x7 signed black and white glossy photograph. Keanu Reaves never sent a darned thing!
