You can't. Well, you CAN IF THEY tell you, but otherwise, you can't. Why would you want to? There's only a couple of reasons I can see, and both are bad and illegal. The idea of the password is to make the email as secure as possible, so no one can delete them, read them, or send emails from that account.

Password has nothing to do with username. That's the whole point. . If it is your gmail account and you forgot your password, they have ways to reset it

It's really quite simple. First, you need to simplify the username down to numerical data. You can do this by checking your character map (found within All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools). Count the number of numbers you have. It needs to be an incrimant of 4 (4, 8, 12, 16, etc.) If it's not, simply add 9's to the end of it to make it a multiple of 4. Once you have your number the hard part is over.
