It can be a variety of things depending on the manufacturer. Some of the more common are: grapefruit, bubble gum, cotton candy, rasberry, tutti frutti and strawberry cheesecake

According to Wikipedia it's cotton candy unless it is a "spiced" variety jellybean in which case it's Tutti Frutti. I didn't know the latter was spicy. Go figure :)
