  • I do in fact. Funny you should ask today of all days--I have a perfume oil I am fond of that smells like the "beach" and I wore it today :) I am not much of a beach person, but the smell reminds me of my parents taking me to the beach every summer when I was a kid and it always makes me smile.

I do, I love the beach.
In fact, I might try and persuade somebody to get the bus to the beach with me, tomorrow...

Yes, provided there is not excessive dead algae or seaweed rotting on the sand. That bothers me,

At times. If it's 'fresh' beach, the salty air and the sand, maybe a little seaweed. I lived at the beach for 4 years, met my husband there, so it does bring back good memories:-)

One of my favorite things in the world -- when I first get out of the car, before I even take off for the sand, is to just stand there and feel the sun and smell the saltwater (and suntan lotion!). It's great!

  • Not the beaches around here, they smell like seaweed and fish booty. Me and my buddy call the aroma "Whale Herpes"

    It's one of my favorites!

From where I live, it takes aobut 2 hours to get to the ocean. About 20 minutes before getting to the acutal "shore" (as they call it in my neck of the woods, I can begin smelling that gorgeous salt air! It's almost intoxicating! It's very relaxing and soothing!

    I also LOVE:
In early spring, the aroma of blossoming and budding flowers!

In late spring to early summer, the smell of honeysuckle!

In the autumn, the aroma of burning leaves!

I live about 3 hyours from the Pocono Mountains: n early morning, just after sunrise, the smell of the mountains

    Freshly-brewed coffee!

Steaks cooling on the charcoal grill!

    Fresh-caught seafood as it cooks!

There are other sights, sounds and smells, too!

Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

    VTY,
    Ron Berue
Yes, that is my real last name!

    Sources: Because you asked.

    Some personal observations.
