I could only tell you if it was normal or not if I knew what a 'tragus' is? Did you make it up? Anyway whatever it is I would say that if you had it pierced the chances are that it would hurt for a while, the crusting is ofcourse it healing...keep doing what you are doing but if it becomes red and painful then you have an infection.

yeah the crusty stuff is just puss my friend got her belly button pierced and it was like that for a couple of weeks

100% normal. Take some Motrin or Ibuprofen for the next couple days. Make sure you wash it a couple times a day with antibacterial soap. Should be fine within a week.

Perfectly normal. Just keep using the sea salt mix 3 times a day, no more then that though.

thats perfectly normal

normal its the healing fluid that your body makes normally.

Same thing here. Right now. I talked to the people who did it, and they said you can do two things. 1. keep washing it with antibacterial soap a few times a day with a qtip and just give it time to heal, because the crust is normal. 2. Use a sea salt solution to clean it 2-4 times a day. which would take away the crust as well. But if it starts secreting PUS, which is not the NORMAL clear bodily fluid that should be coming out, but a yellow, or white substance. Which would usually also come with the site being red, then it IS INFECTED. and you need to get that checked out ASAP.
