I dont know if your into the fitness smoothies or not but theres one I make with strawberries, a tablespoon of vanilla yogurt, a little bit of peanut butter, 8 ice cubes and some cooked oatmeal about a tablespoon, and vanilla whey for more protein. Its super and its healthy.

A stress reducer 1/4 cup of freshly squeeze O.J. 1/4 cup of kimi juice 1 nice amount of ginger-root 1 nice amount of b-12 1/5 cup of 'Noni' juice it may taste a little wild..but it's GREAT for your system & well relieve you from stress. P.S. Don't drink alot...it's get's you "high".

1 bag of mixed fruit 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup ice then fill the empty space in the blender with milk and blend until the ice is gone

Place 1 banana,1 tsp banana extract, 3/4 cup milk, 8 oz.container strawberry yogurt, and 2 teaspoons sugar into a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.

i made one today and it was delish! a couple of frozen raspberries, a green apple (might have been a Golden Delicious), half a kiwi, an orange.. and a bit of lemon juice. Man is that Zingy!
