I do not believe so no. I think it is only those innocent who are counted, not many people think of them as human anyway. They are monsters for what they did, and don't deserve to be considered in as anything less than murderers. Edit: seriously guys, flying monkeys ass!

that`s a good question indeed ! Viewed from any objective angle we`re counting human lives here, and the aspects of who`s wrong and who`s right in waging this war on terrorism is not added into this definition .: because i think that our oppinion on that subject can/may not weigh more then the amount of Knowledge and Understanding we have about such a subject. Alex Jones has figured it out - human lives we lost ~!,, but the question is what will be the result ? 19 is a very small number compared to the total (especially if you include cleanup workers, neighbors affected by the toxic dust & stuff, and people who had a heart attack while watching TV or lost the will to live because of the sadness, etc.) So it would get lost in the plus-or-minus.
