I would recommend getting her a personalized gift card, she can use it like a debit card which can be used practically anywhere, then you wont have to worry about gettin her something she doent like. She can buy it herself. and its cute to have a lil gift crd especially for you with your name. Im 21 and when i got one i thougth it was very nice and thougthful.

How about a make-up case. They make some really pretty ones now a days. Or something a little larger, a suitcase, if she's planning on attending college away from home.

i just graduated to and i think i agree with deebaby the best gift i got was a gift card although i did enjoy the picture frame with tassel holder that my aunt got me

If she's going away to college, I'd suggest a Bed, Bath and Beyond gift card so she can outfit her apartment or dorm room. If not, then anything iPod related would be appreciated. I would avoid the typical "memory/rememberence" gifts.
