I'm reading a book about a former U.S, President titled, "Write It When I'm Gone".
Who do think this book is about? Why?

I thought that it was about Richard Nixon, because I thought it could be his own way of apologizing for the Watergate scandal. But after some Google search, I found out that the book was about Gerald Ford, who succeeded Nixon.

Would put a guess towards Former President Gerald Ford. Would think he was reluctant to be President to begin with, and this way it can be written about him and he not having to answer back. He had a tough Presidency, and probably thought he explained enough when he was still around and didn't want to spend the rest of his years 'explaining why' to a hounding public. Close, or no cigar?
