Your first love will always hold a special place in your heart but you will see that one day it will just become like a warn glow you will feel and that I don't really think it's about the person as much as that particular time of your life because everything was so much simpler then, Life and love didn't have all the extra crap that we have to deal with now.

First love is not easily let go of. It also depends on how longing you were for love before it finally came to you. If you find love again, you will start to get over it. Just remember, getting over love is not forgetting it, it will always be there. You just learn to accept it wasn't to be. And after all, you can always be friends. That requires love too.

Seriously I don't really know neither because that is what I'm going through right now. But This guy is so not my first bf. So sometimes First bf doesn't mean first love. And I'm not planning to forget him or our memories. I just keep him in my heart and sometimes I laugh each time I recalled the memories even those memories are so painful. But if you really really love him that much, then keep having faith that someday he'll come back, then He'll =] Things can come on your way if you just have faith in it! So it's ur choice to move on or having faith and believe that it'll come true.

I stopped loving my first love long ago. I never stopped thinking of him though. I wonder what hes doing, how he is doing..just general things of that nature. I, in no way, want to be back with him even though we had a very good relationship. I was a kid then and real, true love is what I have now. These feelings will pass eventually but you will probably never forget that "first love."

If your fist love is not your current love, then I think good memories will never go away. It sometimes makes you laugh when you need comfort. Just deal everyday as the best day of your life. If remembering your first love is part of that day, then I think it is not a bad thing. Being remorse and depressed that makes things worst. So cheer up and smile on those sweetest memories you can remember with your first love. If your first love is your current love then hurray, good for you.
