I know most men will not like this a lot but... Yes, you are quite right, many men do not feel very comfortable in the company of really beautiful or highly intelligent or 'dynamic' women! They are no longer sure of themselves nor do they feel that they are in control, so they become insecure. It is rather un-natural :-D

Some men, yes. My wife is very dynamic and strong willed, and she does frighten some men.

this type question generalizes men. For as many dynamic women there are who scare men there are men who thrive in their company.

This question is totally BS. Men don't get scared by any women with high qualities. That's because men RULES and you know it. Women no matter how you see them, they're just followers to men.
