The arrogant, because you first have to get beyond their conviction that THEY know best :)

The foolish. Even arrogant people can learn if they have sense. Arrogant and sensible can go together. It's the foolish people who have no sense, and can therefore never learn from reason or action. Why does a girl that dates someone for their loooks, and then gets crushed not learn ? Because dating for looks is foolish. More often than not, even arrogent people can understand that.
