  • I deal with this and I guess there are different kinds of "bad" bosses (lazy, domineering, incompetant, unqualified, etc.)in my personal experience I guess you have 2 choices...quit or learn to have a lot of patience and the ability to just let it go..as for me I deal with it as it happens (go to my happy place) and then go home and kick a wall.
  • Change jobs, if he's the boss how could you change him....perhaps have him killed off, then he would have to be replaced, hopefully by someone better...or maybe you could inherit the business.....hey, only kidding here!
  • Most bosses have a pattern that can be memorized and weak spot that can be exploited that usually flashes when hit...oh wait your talking about real life aren't you?
  • A. If your boss has superiors help he/she get promoted this will not only pass the buck/bull but will also put them in a position where they need people skills(or perhaps this boss is too incompetent to get promoted in that case plan B. B. Many countries and/or states have governing bodies that deal with different issues i.e. harassment, discrimination etc and laws put into place to "protect" the worker. Ideally you should approach one of these agencies. C. Internal dispute resolution processes are great depending upon who is in the "BOYS CLUB"
