not that interesting, but here goes. My name is Tiffany. My grandpa was good friends with someone who managed the Tiffany's company - da diamonds, etc. So he was able to get a lot of free things that said Tiffany on them. So parents thot it would be great to name me that, cuz everything would sorta be 'personalized'.

Mines really lame atleast to me anyways.. my name is Daniel becuase my sister when my mother was pregnant with me always watched "The Karate Kid" and would always say to my mom can we name him Daniel. So my mother decided it fit and went with it. So as a result I hate to say it but i'm named after Ralph Machio. I get "Danielson" even from people who don't know the story.

I was originally going to be named Katie Marie (first, middle), but my mother didn't like the name. My father wanted Kate/Katie in there somewhere because of my great grandmother who is now very deceased. He settled on my middle name being Kate. The funny thing is, my best friend from the age of 4-14 is named Katy Marie (first, middle). We would have had the same name.

So, my mom hated her sister-in-law, so get this, she names me the same name only says it wasn't after her, because the first letter is different.

I only ended up with the name I have because my father caught the nurse in the hallway and helped her to fill out the birth certificate. What my mother had picked out was truly horrific! Thanks again Dad!!!

I do not know how unique it is but I was named after a woman in the bible from the book of Judges. My name is Deborah.
