  • Nah, unless they were clearly drunk.
  • It depends if were to threaten my own life( or any 1 elses) then yes but if it isnt so bad i wouldnt.
  • Yep. And I 've made it for several times. Why wouldn't I do, preferably,it hence? Let's everybody fulfill this obligation, cuz it's sheer a duty of citizenship!
  • Report them all you like, it's no good if you can't prove anything and they deny it.
  • Nope! Around here it makes no difference to report them because police will never respond. In the rare event they do they will report the name, address, age, social security number, phone number of the person that turned them in. I have a strict policy. If someone is running around killing people with an AK47, and even coming after me, I will never call 911 because our police are the worst thugs of all. I'll just handle things my own way.
  • If I was able to see the license plate number, and their driving or actions were really bad, I would consider reporting them. However, I have seen people doing all of the things you mentioned, and I haven't reported any of them... The thing that really ticks me off is throwing trash out of the window, and I probably would report that if I got a good look at the plate number.
