  • OMG!! My son asked me for pot roast and he is only 7. What is this world coming to? Fix them some cheese sticks, tater tots, and hot dogs.

  • Simple - TACO MOUNTAIN! A pound of ground beef browned with a packet of taco seasoning, a couple handfuls of shredded lettuce, a can of salsa, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Pile all of it on top of a bowl of Tostitoes, and dig in.
  • Pasta is quick and easy. Chop up onions, peppers, mushrooms and add olive oil and some vinegar then add pepper oregano, basil, sage, thyme, parsley, chives, ground bay, paprika, chili powder and rosemary. Make sure these are pinches but go heavier on the Basil however. Pan fry these. Then get some ground turkey / beef and make into meatballs and add garlic and onion (chopped finely) then bake in the oven (add some of the afore mentioned seasonings) Then when pasta is cooked, put the vegetables and pasta back in the pot and add pasta sauce. Serve mix on plate with Parmesan cheese and when meatballs are cooked place on top. The kids will love it.

  • It's not the healthiest meal, but for quick, easy and a hit we always bake some hot dogs and a little cheese with Pillsbury crescent rolls wrapped around them. 18 minutes until goodness.
  • Meatloaf is real easy. For 4 people use maybe 2 lbs. of ground beef, 1 cup plain oatmeal, 1 onion minced, some chopped tomatoes from a can and 2 eggs. Mix it all with hands squeese it so it good and mixed put it a suare pan bake in oven @ 350 degrees for about 20- 30 minutes and your good ta go. You can also add your favorite cheese or garlic in the mix.
  • My wife uses the crockpot to make a killer roast, with vegitables. Start it on the morning and its ready when we get home. Seems quick and easy to me.
