Not really, but it's possible, but the microbe's would probly be dead and not a threat.

They have brought back rocks from mars....no, they do heavy testing to the rocks before hand

Well, if you want to visualize what would happen if this theory would prove right, then watch the Andromeda Strain (based on a novel by Micheal Crichton). In the novel/movie they explore the possibility of an alien virus coming back in a satellite, and how the government is prepared for this eventuality with the highest technology possible. Some people even claim that the movie is based on actual events (but is only speculation). A must see!! Enjoy.

As unpleasant as it could possibly be, keep in mind that this would be a very exciting discovery. If we found microbes on Mars then we could investigate how life on other planets may exist. We have never found life outside of Earth. Going to Mars and bringing rocks back is not like bringing back a bucket of water from some dodgy river overseas.

In practical terms, no. Most likely, any microbes would be dead, and therefore harmless. And if there were living microbes, they would be microbes adapted to life in a cold, anaerobic environment. Such microbes would not survive on Earth, and thus pose no threat.

Theoretically, yes. There are theories that the basic biological molecules that evolved into microbes on Earth arrived here on dust from a passing comet or other space debris. Also a theory that some of the massive die offs of species seen in the fossil record might have been from a space microbe. I mean, the prion that's thought to cause mad cow disease is a molecule smaller than a virus that is not destroyed by fire. It's possible Mars was more hospitable to life in the past and viable organisms could just be dormant in current soil. So yes, martian rocks could hold viable organisms, but biologically active molecules are probably ariving from space all the time anyway.

If you had left the astronauts out for the requirement for rocks from Mars arriving on earth, then I would say that rocks from Mars were already on earth. Some rocks from Mars ended up in space and fell to the earth a while back. But the answer about the cold and conditions posted by someone earlier is right on and well put.

no ther is absolutely no chance ;if we bring any microbes from mara or any other planets like you say it should be a magical work not a logical work becoz there is no any living organism present in mars or any other planet except on earth becoz of the OZONE layer the harmful radiations like UVrays .IR rays and others rays radiations are high so isay that there is no life in other planets ; even if there is a life or even if it was there also the sun's powerful ray's will destroy them
