i find 'Always' to be dependably leak-free and fairly comfortable. buy the extra-long ones with wings if you're still nervous. whatever you do, DO NOT buy generic brands. there IS a difference.

stayfree ultra thin. I buy the long overnight ones with wings to make sure I'm covered in all areas. they are comfortable because they are thin (like you almost feel like you're not wearing one) and they absorb very well. There is also pretty good deal in terms of price and you have a choice whether you want economy size package or less, you can also chose the sizes.

I agree with wildfire. I became allergic to always when they changed the pad. My Gyn said she has been getting a lot of patients with this type of allergy.

Always is the best. They are breathable and very good. I have a heavy flow and they work GREAT!! Better then anyother brand ever has. Best part they will not leak!
