If you wouldn't date you....Then why should anyone else?? Isn't that like...To be loved you have to love yourself first? Why/Why not?

I wouldn't date myself because I have insanely high standards and I doubt I'd meet my own. Plus, according to some theories, certain psychological personalities match up. In the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, for example, some types might tend to have better relationships with certain other types. I'm not sure which ones match up, but I doubt two INTJ people like myself would work because there'd be too calculation and not enough initiative. Some people can't handle excitable, loud extroverts. For such people, I might be a good alternative.

because not everyone knows who you truly are.. actually know one knows only you know and iv also heard oppisites attract but besides the fact i would datemyself..not the guy form but the girl form ..i might not like the person but i would give them a try.

I love myself every night. I am good at loving myself. I have lots of fun by myself and I. Why do I always have to pay. I know how to love myself, that I know I would be great at loving you. And you could love me back, wouldnt that be wonderful.

It's important to have complementing differences, in relationships. I don't hate the ground I walk on, but I wouldn't want to date myself. It would be just more of the same thing. My number one reason for wanting to be with anyone is my desire for something different. Besides, don't you think that loving yourself to the point that you would date yourself might sound a TAD narcissistic?

if you love yourself .. everyone will love you and be with you.. loving yourself and appreciate who you are.. people will get curious to know you more ... and learn from you...

I actually think that is a great test of whether one should be dating: whether you'd date yourself. There is a lot of dead weight out there (baggage). The baggage seeminly hopes that they will find their Prince/ Princess Charming and latch onto others to make a better life for THEMSELVES. When the baggage is someone else, we recognize it. When the baggage is OURSELVES, we forgive it.
