Well. Hulu has full episodes and full movies. Youtube doesn't Thats about it.

Hulu offers full legal episodes of TV shows and feature-length movies. It has much better quality than YouTube. You can't really compare them, though. One's supported by TV networks and they control the posted content. YouTube is entirely viewer-submitted and tends to have homemade clips. If you're in the mood for real TV or movies, check out Hulu. Otherwise, YouTube is the place to be.

I wouldn't really compare them... I use Hulu to watch movies and shows that I've missed... You get the whole movie and television show everytime... I use youtube for anything else that I want...
