No , on a Mass Spec tes or Gas... It will see the difference in the Amphetemine Sulfate/HCL whichever you take, as different from the Methamphetamine Hcl/Sulfate ect. You will be fine if you are supposed to be taking the adderal or amphetamine salts. Only on far less accurate tests will you show a false positive for Methamphetamine. (BTW Methamphetamine HCL, the active ingredient in "Crystal Meth" is still legitimately prescribed as Disoxyn and is actually safer for children and probably even adults!)
