Help answer this question below.

A student places 1 hand in hot water & the other hand in cold water. The student places both hands in 3rd bowl of warm water & notes the hand that was in cold water now feels very warm, & the hand that was in hot water feels a little cold. whats happening

    The hand that was in the warm water is raised in temperature, which makes the water not feel warm. The hand that was in the cold was was lowered in temperature, so when placed in the warm water, there is a difference in temperature.
