They're great and easy to bake...the best part is you can make the inside whatever food-colour(ing) you want! The normal market nanaimo's are green but without food colouring, it's kind-of beige.

Yeah they are good but a little too sweet sometimes. That peanut butter flavoured one sounds really good though.
