Hand washing....soap or water first?

Somedays soap ...somedays water ...Wish I had so much time to think about it :-) !

Depends if it's liquid soap then soap first, if tablet soap you need to wet your hands first.

It should be wet hands, add soap, and then the soap works to break up the surface to allow the water to do it's job. The soap doesn't have magical properties beyond that. It's the water that cleans, HOT water:-)

Water first as soap is only adjuvant to the cleaning process.
