  • I can only speak for myself and I had long periods of hypomania and mania even with psychosis. Mild depressions were rare, but happened. The trick is to keep yourself in control. Medication is just a little helper, your therapist a bigger one. You are the greatest helper of all except the big Helper if you believe in Him.
