get off of all food additives, preservatives, dyes,flavorings, eat foods in their naturalist form as is feasible, one good rule to follow is , do not eat anything that has more than three chemical in it, we don't eat right anymore so called foods today are loaded with flavorings, dyes and other chemicals which are very dangerous to our bodies, the really bad ones are pop tarts and mcdonalds food, do this, buy a mcdonalds hamburger, take it home and put it on a shelf for a month or two and see if anything at all happens to it, real food with real valve will grow green mold on it, McDonald's food wont, you may have a chemical over load , so stay away from cokes ,candy ,kool-aids, but drink more water, and fruit juices, followed by plenty of fruits and vegetable for about two weeks, oh, and watch out for the meat to eat very little, hope this helps,
