That's not at all weird. Since, she's wearing a pad underneath, she's on her period. By that, she's wearing panties to hold her pad in her bathing suit. By that, the pad will not fall out of her bathing suit, which she'll not bleed naked in her bathing suit, which isn't at all a preety site. However, her pad will just move around in her panties, that she'll bleed in her panties and want to cry, which is a preety site. The best of periods, is that woman will wear panties underneath their bathing suits.
