Is there a breed of housecat that is orange with black spots like a leopard, or is orange with black stripes like a tiger?

    Yes there is. Its called an ocicat. It's base color is a yellow/creme color with black spots.

    The Ocicat originated from interbreeding of Abyssinian, Siamese and American Shorthair, and it is the only spotted domestic breed selectively bred to emulate the cats of the wild.
