On Pornography & Prostitution? Prostitution is illegal. However, paying people to have sex, filming them and selling it is completely legal. Why? Isn’t pornography nothing but filmed prostitution sold for profit?

Prostitution is NOT illegal, proposition IS illegal. In other word the selling of sex is not illegal but the ASKING or OFFERING of sex for payment is illegal. And even that applies only to specific countries.

I guess any R rated movies with people having sex should be illegal too. Not really, though. If you read anything about people who film the pornography or make them, you'd know that that is nothing near real sex.

no because prostitution is were somebody pays for the pleasure of sex whereas pornography contains people haveing sex to get paid for it, to supply it for people so they can pleasure themselves and it also has the side effect of plesure for the people doing it

In the UK at least, prostitution is not illegal. But making money from prostitution is illegal. So pimping (bad side) and running a clean, organised brothel (good side) is illegal. Even two prostitutes teaming up to share a flat, which they use for business purposes, is illegal. Wrong balance, in my opinion.
