  • As with most expiration dates, it's there to tell you when to NOT consume a product. Usually, a week is alright, if it's been stored properly. You'd probably not want to drink a month out of date soy milk.

  • I dont get the downrates I bumped ya all back up, as for the milk You can not donate anything expired to a shelter or the homeless or underprivileged It is there as a safety measure and I would not drink it
  • Many dates on milk cartons are SELL BY dates. and as long as it has been unopened and refridgerated, I would not have a bit of problem with drinking it. As for soymilk I have no expereience with it, but ANY canned food I am not afraid it just because its marked is a month past. I would open it, smell it, then have a small taste. If it smells 'normal' and tastes 'normal' Use it in good health.
