Jen-Jen are you crying? If so all you have to do is think positive thoughts. Think about what you want to do and then take it to task.

Have a Sweetness Day. Go and have a day to treat yourself. Do whatever you want. You want a pedicure? Your worth that. You want a 1/2 gallon of icecream? Treat yourself to it. Make it YOUR day. That is what helped me through a lot of stuff. I needed to keep telling myself...I am worth it. Chin up girl. If you lived close to me I would treat you to a girls day outing. :)

DO things for other people and don't focus on yourself. Donate your time and energy, volunteer, help a friend with their problem or project, just anything but about yourself.
