  • If there is actual evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a murder occurred, of course. However, your question presumes the verdict before a trial is conducted. "Murder" is a legal conclusion. A more accurate question would be "should the agents who killed Randy Weaver's wife and son be tried for murder?"
