As far as I know, there is no reason why a bigger aircraft than the A380 could be built, and it could have a range of 12,000 nm if you traded payload for range. But from sheer size, it would be more expensive than the A380, which had a development budget of $12 billion and has gone seriously over budget. So there probably isn't the demand for such a craft. Mind you, Boeing says that there is not enough demand for the A380 - and they still need to sell another 15 to reach break-even, which I expecxt they will once it has got a year or two in service.

I suspect we've reached the commercially feasible limit with the A380 as far as passenger service goes. Anything bigger would pose structural problems. That said, there is room for larger cargo aircraft. The An-225 Mriya, the current world's largest aircraft is in high demand, and Boeing has been working on a blended wing design BWB aircraft for cargo and military tanker use which would allow for payloads nearly double that of the A380 cargo version.

As far as the technology to actually design and build an airraft capable of that, I'm sure it can be done. However, there's really no need to do it for neither commercial or military aviation.
