Well in real life, zombies would win because they are more likely to exist whereas people who call themselves vampires are just weirdos who drink blood. But in mythology and fantasy, vampires have more supernatural powers than zombies, including shapeshifting and they also have greater intelligence. A vampire could probably manipulate a zombie if it was powerful enough. A zombie wouldn't have the skill to pick up a stake and drive it through a vampire's heart.

A vampire is more likely to control a horde of zombies to begin with, even be responsible for making them rise from their grave. And even if this wasn't the case, I'm sure the vampire could easily decimate them in no time. And even if the vampire gets bitten, if the zombification is of a viral transaction, it won't affect the already dead vampire, and in some cases, the vampire regenerates in no time at all. And that's against a horde of them, against just one zombie, the vampire could make it crumble to dust just by looking at it. We're talking about a being that, in some cases, can even control the weather, or break and slice things with their bare hands...In Dungeons and Dragons, zombies are so weak that after a certain level, you don't even get experience points for beating them...and those are humans beating them. So, imagine what a vampire could do to them.
