I like using a curling brush. It's the quickest and easiest. It's like a curling iron with brush bristles around the iron part.

use those curlers like on tv at night. or i have this moose from fructis Garnier and you can make pin curles without itt being hard it really works well.

Try using large hot rollers it will give some of the softest and feminine looking larger curls that will last all day with hairspray

All I have to do is step outside on a humid day -- You might want to try one of the great suggestions already submitted above.
