Internet dating - is it good practice just to talk to one potential date at a time, or is it acceptable to talk to and date several until something happens?

Well, I think it's ok to date several people at once, as long as you are honest with all of them. Basicially, they should all know that you are dating other people at the time. I don't do that though, too much trouble/drama. So I usually just date one girl at a time. One is plenty for me. =)

Whether its right or wrong I'm a one track kind of guy I can only focus on one thing at a time and I put my full energy in it. I could only expect that the person I was going to be dating would do the same for me. Every time you start looking at the potential of another person I think you have to somewhat squint your eyes or back away from the other person in order to see them all at once.
