Which do you prefer; mechanical or regular pencil?

Mechniacal no sharpning & it always stays that way. Oh and plus no wood why add more wasteful uses of trees.

A regular pencil. I couldn't ever seem to get the hang of thse mechanical ones. I guess I press down to hard or something and they were always breaking.

depends on my mood and how sharp the regular pencil is. im always breaking the lead in the mechanical ones and it always squeaks very loudly. [which is actually funny to watch people's annoyed faces if you're in a public place]

Oh my sweet sweet clicky pencils, I love them. But I also love the smell of pencil shavings, so as long as it's hard lead I can get down.

A very, very good mechanical one... Which I have and love... Now all i have to do is find it... And my pack of lead... Hm... Oh well...
