My mountain bike. I love it dearly. I ride it every day. It is worth more than my car. I can never ride a racing bike because I'm too rough and just break them. My bike gets ridden through bush, down ski-runs, over jumps, down flights of stairs, up and down escalators, just about anywhere. Currently I'm nursing a badly grazed leg, grazed arm and swollen jaw after almost breaking my cheekbone on a rock. I've had broken ribs, broken wrist, uncountable bruises, numerous large grazes and a few concussions from riding - but will not stop until I'm physically incapable of mounting a bike. Life is too boring without a few bumps!

A skateboard. Skateboarding has made me who I am today. It's taught me many valuable life lessons concerning Choice & Consequence, Risk, Purpose, Discipline... Skateboarding has taught me to accept responsibility for my own actions, and that anything is possible. I am not afraid to fail, I've learned to appreciate it in some ways. I've learned to embrace fear, and not to let it limit me in my life.

my bed. because I made it out of my imagination. I bought drawer gliders, hardwood ply, glue, screws and tools. no instructions except what I came up with from my own mind ... it may not be the prettiest bed in the world but it is totaly functional. (it has 12 drawers plus 2 drawers in the night stands which are attached to the bed so they do not block the drawers next time I make one it will be lighter) I have sat on the night stands which are the weakest part of the bed. you could stand 2 dozen people on it and it would not squeek. when the time comes to hand it down to kids it can with little modification be turned into 2 twin beds. I identify with it because it shows my inginuity and ability create.
