Do your socks always match? Or do you wear odd ones if you know nobody will see them?

My socks generally match. The only time they do not is on the rare occasion that I get dressed in the dark and grab 2 socks out of the clean, unfolded laundry bin.

My socks match because all of the pairs are identical.

They match, blue with blue, green with green. But the different shades drive me nuts, Sometimes it's more profound in the sunlight. Who looks at socks?

I don't wear socks very often and if I do they usually show so I have to have them match. I'd probably have them match even if they didn't show.

I threw away all my daytime socks and bought a brand new bunch of pairs, all the same. They've all still managed to fade to slightly different shades of black, though, and so matching is a nightmare. Luckily, I wear boots all the time, so no-one ever sees. I have separate, brightly coloured socks for evening wear (SOOOOOsophisticated, me) and they always match. You gotta have some standards ;)

my six year old son will only wear odd ones, he gets really upset if i try to get him to wear a matching pair he says its his own style.

my husband doesnt care. he says that they all serve the same purpose so what does it matter what they look like?

No, sometimes all my socks except two unmatching ones disappear, but they're all similar enough that it doesn't really matter.
