Well, it depends on the person in my experience. For me it can be very difficult or very easy. I find it easy when I have really cliqued with somebody and can see from less important interaction with them that there is a similar way of thinking and feeling between us. It also helps that I am an open book kind of person. There is no set time in which this type of discussion should or does take place really.
