Hops and barley, fermented with yeast in water. Excellent food! Foamy, bubbly, and sometimes thin and yellow, best when it has a rich, golden color to it, or a light brown. Belch and burp and wake up in a pool of it, beer!

Because they taste good. I love bread, and cheeses, and fish sauces or soy. I love pickles and yogurt, sour cream and vinegar. They are all very good foods:-)
