in order for something to be destroyed, it has to have existed first. The biblical god is often characterized as omnipotent, omnibenevolent, and omnipresent. Due to the existence of evil, it is impossible for such a being to exist, therefore the biblical god never existed, therefore, it can not be destroyed.
