Don't you just hate it when you type a question when half asleep and put "there" instead of "their" and the edit time expires and you're stuck looking like a dork?

Yes. I would have to be half asleep in order to let that misusage of there - their get by. For some reason, the mind insists that there should be one spelling for words that sound the same. I catch myself typing "your" when I should be typing "you're" for you are. And of course there's "hear" being typed instead of "here".
