I suspect we're different in many ways. When a man "cums", he ejaculates. Then it's over. When a woman has an orgasm she can have another and another and another in sequences separated by seconds or minutes. Guys, depending on their age, require anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 or 40 minutes to have a repeat orgasm. I've also been told that women have orgasms on multiple levels whereas men seem to have just one, all encompassing experience. Of course what's most fun is to find your s/o and experiment. I can recall two girls i've dated in the past I gave multiple orgasms but when I gave one oral she couldn't take more than one. I could never obtain a multi...either I gave up and "I" still wanted to go or "I" gave up and I still wanted to go...I achieved 2 orgasms shifting my own gears once but it took a lot of effort and I wanted to see if i could. I've also "frosted the cake" without an orgasm before but that one took two to tango and I was going for a longer "time" i guess.

I would imagine there is some difference in the two, though its rather difficult to say how we each experience them... As far as your other questions, there's some condition "premature ejaculation."

It's not possible to orgasm without ejaculating. Men are driven to achieve this, women (i understand) can have a positive experience without orgasm.

Our male orgasms are usually not just like yours. From what I've read & been told my my partners, Female orgasms typically last longer - with deeper, longer-lasting contractions. While some women are capable of successive multiple orgasms, most guys are not capable of this after reaching puberty. Yes - guys can ejaculate (cum) without having an orgasm, and they can have a orgasm without ejaculating. The two are separate responses. Some guys learn to separate the two, and can have multiple, nearly endless orgasms without ejaculating. Before puberty, some boys naturally have multiple consecutive orgasms, as they have yet to develop a refractory period. Usually, this multi-orgasmic ability disappears when the boy starts ejaculating as he reaches puberty.
