  • The most common question at any interview is 'Why do you want this job?' The best answer would involve researching the company a little and tailoring your answer, e.g. ' I know your company's main target customer is (x customers or the x sector...)and I believe that my enthusiasm/knowledge of the demographic can help you to sell to them because... I know this is your first job, and it may not be your 'career move' but you should always take any interview seriously as it can give you valuable experience which you can take to any sector. Good Luck!!
  • they usually like exp. if you have none, try to sound like you are still the guy for the job. they will be thinking and will ask sometimes, "why should i hire you" and the answer usually should be, on time work hard, like to help people, ect ect. also make up something that shows you have some idea of what your doing. like if it's clothes, say, try and think of any clothes related things youve done, or just say your very familiar with these clothing lines and would have NO problem learning what you need quickly....smile be freindly and ask the hiing person how his her day is going? sound relaxed and freindly, if they like you theyll give you a shot.
  • Are you a motivated type? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? When are you available for work? Do you have reliable transportation? Are you a quick learner? Oh, and don't be nervous. They just want to talk to you, so don't sit there, staring, thinking long for the 'perfect answer,' as it usually is the first thing to pop into the old noggin. Dress nice, smile, be PROMPT, be high energy and excited about working. Keep in mind what you did and said, right or wrong, to referrence for your next interview. Good luck.
