  • I have metal boxes for mine, which I keep in a metal file drawer, just as I do personal papers. You should also have your deeds, birth certificates, etc., on file at your county court house. It is free. That is part of their job. Your taxes have already paid for it.
  • i have mine in a plastic storage bin, but if their was a fire I would be screwed.

  • Hi, I guess all the standard answers for things made of paper, metal, plastics, textiles .. whatever kinds of things you're using in your scrapping? So .. store your stuff (materials, photos, finished albums, etc) .. away from all the "suspected dangers" like harsh lighting, extreme temperatures, wherever it might be damaged by water or bugs/critters and so on.   • It depends on how safe you need. You can rent storage areas, and purchase the proper storage containers for long term storage. If you are looking for a place in the home, it depends on how much care you need to give them. If they are antiques, you should search the internet for the proper storage techniques for the type of item you have. Some need special packaging and climate control, away from excess moisture.
