  • No. I have a 26 year old son and I still do not feel mature enough to be a parent. I am not sure how he turned out to be such a great man.
  • no way :)
  • No, but I've winged it so far with fair results.
  • Is any one ever mature enough to be a parent? I think my kids have turned into adults and I'm going back to my child hood :)
  • No, for owning a pet is STRESSFUL!
  • Maturity comes with experience. You grow to be a good parent (not purfect), through the developing relationship with the child, and it helps both. We learn a lot from our children. They do help us to become parents, in an experiencial way. As long as you think with your heart and feel with your mind, it can work well along the way. It is experiencial and as long as you don't have too many character problems, then you will do just fine! Parenting matures you!
