technically yes, but if it is inflamed and burst while tring to remove it you would more than likely die. there isn't that much blood loss when making the 3 inch incision and locating the appendix and clamping it off is relatively painless since you have no nerves there to feel pain once you get under the skin and muscle. The toughest part would be trying to seeto find the appendix and once you clamped the appendix off and cut it loose would be to staple it off, then seal the wound. From there it's only a matter of fighting the infection and not dying from a staph infection. Though I doubt any of this would be achievable without some form of local anesthetic and a killer doese of antibiotics
