If some ABer spoke a different language other than English and ask or answer's a question how come we get it in English? Yea I know a dumb question but I was just wondering.

Well, NEWSFLASH - Just because someone comes from a non-English speaking country, it doesn't mean that can't speak English at all. Most people these days know English a bit, some know a lot. It's the primary language in the world at the moment. AB doesn't have a built in translator. You were right about one thing though - It was a dumb question.

I've seen questions asked in a non English language before. Maybe the majority who use this site, since it is English based, just speak in English.
