That is crazy thought it is off your record in a certain amount of years..
He thought so as well but when they checked him out they found it. He never had another one since. They wouldn't let him in so if they check you out they will most likely find it and not let you in...DUI is a felony in the states not in Canada. It is the felony conviction that kept him out.

yes, thanks..no, i do not remember it been so strict that why i did not think she would have a problem crossing. very stupid i think too strict now. i drive so she was no intending to drive anyhow..other than that no record for her. thanks for the article
